ProMedica Health and Wellness in Sylvania, Ohio is a three-story, 230,000 square foot medical office building completed in early 2016. VM Systems supplied and installed the sheet metal ductwork as well as provided and installed a unique terra-cotta exterior finish. VM Systems had over 27,000 man hours completing the sheet metal ductwork and terra-cotta.
