The Renaissance Toledo Downtown features custom fabrication work performed by VM Systems, Inc. and Michael Dawe, project manager and designer. Numerous areas of the hotel renovation include Cowboy’s custom work.  The lobby features custom metal shelving, artwork and pillar base design. The Brim House Restaurant and Bar have many impressive custom items including the spaceship effect bar liquor shelving, hanging light accents above the dining area, private room enclosures and ceiling accents, in addition to the one of a kind artwork composed by Michael “Cowboy” Dawe. The Rooftop Heights Bar and Lounge features metal surrounds for the pizza oven, bathroom mirror enclosures, hanging liquor and glass shelving, wall effects, hostess stand, bar sinks and dish racking.  Be sure to enjoy the railings surrounding the outdoor patio where you can enjoy downtown Toledo’s skyline.
