As a prime contractor working directly with the construction manager, VM Systems and associated subcontractors successfully provided a safe quality product. The three story office space consisted of a partially exposed HVAC system. This required mock-ups to ensure the aesthetics of product obtained expectations and verify paint by others would adhere to HVAC system installed. The HVAC team provided duct, hydronic piping, equipment, controls, insulation, crane rigging, and air/water balancing.
